We are currently hiring for a part-time Customer Experience Leader (Sales Associate). Our Customer Experience Leaders are at the heart of our team at The Birmingham Candy Company. They ensure that every guest who enters our store has a positive and memorable experience.
Customer Experience Leader responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide exceptional service and experience throughout our guest's visit
Handle food/candy by building a custom assortment of goodies for each guest
Drive sales through engagement of our guests, suggestive selling, sampling and sharing product knowledge
Process sales through our POS system
Maintain store appearances and cleanliness
Assist with inventory, including receiving product and stocking product
In time, this position could expand to crafting our unique candy
Be a champion of The Birmingham Candy Company, inside and outside of the store!

This position is for roughly 20-25 hrs, per week
Potential for increased hours during Fall/holiday time
MUST be available to work nights and weekends
Previous food service experience, preferred
JCDH Food Handler Certified, preferred
